Booking terms :

– All bookings must be confirmed by email and credit card.
– 50% deposit is required and will be debited only 7 days before the date of your arrival, the balance will be due 24 hours before.

Cancellation term :

– Free cancellation until 7 days before your arrival
– In case of total or partial cancellation of your booking less of 7 days before your arrival, 50% of the amounts shall be charged.
– In case of total or partial cancellation of your booking less of 24 h before your arrival, 100% of the amounts shall be charged.

Please note that our prices are quoted net, excluding commission, excluding city tax, with VAT and service included.

*Children under 16 years old have access to the Wellness Center only during these periods, always accompanied by an adult and limited to Saturdays and Sundays, Belgian school vacations and public holidays.
