These general and specific terms of sale are applicable to all confirmed bookings.
The customer acknowledges that he or she has read and accepted these general terms of sale as well as those for the booking price.
Rooms: check-in and check-out
The rooms shall be available from 16.00 on the day of arrival until 11.00 on the day of departure. Additional charges may be added in case of late departure, which is subject to the availability of the room on the day in question. If the customer leaves the hotel before the departure date, the total price of the room must be paid and no reimbursement shall be carried out.
Confirmation and booking deposit
In order to secure your booking, you will be asked to provide a valid credit card number. A deposit may also be requested before your arrival.
In case of a no-show, the establishment reserves the right to charge the credit card number transmitted.
All room bills must be paid for on departing from the hotel. In case of non-payment, an additional fee of 10% of the total amount shall be charged, with a minimum charge of € 50. Late payment penalty interest of 1% per month shall be charged by right and without formal notification until the payment is made in full.
Deteriorations and prohibitions
Any deteriorations caused by the customers within the hotel shall be charged to the customers.
The hotel shall not accept any liability in case of theft, loss of equipment, vehicle parking problems or any other incident not directly linked to the establishment.
We would like to remind you that in Belgium it is strictly forbidden to smoke in public places, in the rooms as well as in the entire hotel, except for places reserved for this purpose. If you break this rule, you may be fined.
Pets are not authorised within the establishment.
In case of disputes, of whatever nature, the courts of Verviers are the sole competent court and only Belgian law is applicable.
In the case of failure to observe one of the general terms of sale, the personnel in charge and the management reserve the right to expel you from the hotel. Furthermore, in case of drunkenness, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour, or unacceptable attire, you may be refused access to the hotel.

The hotel only considers the booking to be confirmed when the customer has returned the contract signed for approval.
In order to secure your booking, one or more deposits will be requested depending on the size of your event.
The hotel must receive the list of names of all the guests at least 10 days before arrival in order to ensure smooth running of checking in.
Cancellation
You may partially or fully cancel the booking for your event under the terms set out below:

Please note that our cancellation terms cannot be combined.
Any further partial or complete cancellation received by the hotel less than 4 days before the arrival of the group shall result in the customer being liable to pay the hotel compensation that is equal to 100% of the price including tax for the contract signed.
Any additional expenses incurred (such as drinks, meals, extras or any other additional service not stipulated in the initial contract) by the participants or the organiser during the event must be paid for before departure from the hotel.
In the case where a deferred payment is granted by the hotel, the payment must be made within 8 days of reception of the bill. If this bill is not settled within these 8 days, an additional fee of 10% of the total amount shall be charged for the services, with a minimum charge of € 50. Late payment penalty interest of 1% per month shall be charged by right and without formal notification until the payment is made in full.
If participants are to pay for their rooms and daily expenses individually, you must inform them prior to their stay. The organiser shall be liable for any non-payment of room prices and daily expenses, which must be paid for before the departure of the guests.

Please note that the prices and terms mentioned in our quotes and confirmations are solely applicable in the case where the contracts are fully respected. The hotel reserves the right to adapt the price during the duration of the contract in the case of changes imposed by the authorities. All our prices are quoted net, excluding commission and VAT with service included.
