Reopening from 18/12 to 4/01

We are be happy to welcome you again from Friday 18th December during the winter holidays.

We will do our utmost to respect the government’s recommendations and ensure your safety and that of our personnel, with maximum pleasure as the watchword! Come and enjoy our beautiful region, its nature, cosy shops, “Hivernales de Malmedy” winter events and allow yourself time to relax and get away from it all, alone, as a couple, or in your family.

> Our restaurant and bar are closed, but that will not prevent our Chef Lionel and his team from taking care of you and your taste buds via room service exclusively.

> The sauna and Turkish bath must remain closed and beauty care in the booths is not authorised. However, you can still enjoy a moment in the swimming pool! For an additional fee of € 10 per person, you can enjoy 1 hour and 30 minutes’ access to the swimming pool (bathrobes and slippers are available to you and you can book your time slot at reception).
Safety rules (no more than 10 people in the swimming pool per time slot) and disinfection by our staff after each time slot are still in force, for the utmost respect and care of everybody!
